"Excellent Support from the Team"
I purchased a pair of walking boots online, but I had my doubts about the quality of the leather Scarpa boots, so I sent them back. The communication was top-notch, with phone calls and emails keeping me in the loop. The customer service was friendly, efficient, and super helpful. I definitely recommend them!

I got myself a pair of leather Scarpa boots to swap out my gortex ones. The buying experience was straightforward, and a fresh pair of boots showed up just a few days after. "Awesome Service"
Awesome service. I ordered a pair of boots that were £40 cheaper than what Cotswold had them for, plus I returned the pair from Cotswold because they appeared worn, not just tried on but actually used. I got the Scarpa Trek GTX from here and I'm super happy with them. Definitely recommend and I’ll be using this site again.

"Great ideas for family adventures"
Last month, I took my two kids, aged 8 and 12, camping at their site. Since they’ve mostly been city kids, they didn’t have much outdoor experience, but they had a blast! The staff were super helpful and quick to sort out any problems I faced. I’m definitely planning to book with them again when I can convince my kids to brave the wild for a weekend.
